Frequently asked questions

Click the red 'Create Ad' button at the top of any page. Choose a category (Cars, Motorcycles, Trucks, etc.), fill in the details, upload photos, set your price, and publish. The listing will be live within 5-10 minutes.

Go to 'My Listings' from the user menu. Click any listing to view it, then use the Edit or Delete buttons. Edits are reflected immediately.

Listings are active for 30 days. You can renew them anytime. After expiration, listings are kept in your account for 160 days before being automatically deleted.

Open any listing and use the 'Send Message' or 'Send Email' buttons. The seller's phone number is shown if they have enabled it.

Your wallet stores credits used for boosting listings, featured ads, and cross-posting. Top up with $20, $100, $500 (with bonus credits) or any custom amount. 1 EUR = 1 credit.

Visit the 'Dealer' page from your account menu. Choose a plan (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise) and subscribe. You'll get unlimited listings, a branded dealer page, custom logo, and featured placement.

Go to Settings, then click 'Change Password'. Enter your current password and the new one. If you forgot your password, use 'Forgot password?' on the login page.

Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and click 'Delete Account'. You'll need to enter your password to confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
